A Journey from Technology to Brokerage Expertise

Igor began his professional journey at the Max Valier Vocational High School in Bolzano, specializing in computer science. After completing his Matura, he gained valuable experience in the provincial government, further developing his skills in software solution programming. His talent soon led him to the private sector, where he worked as a software and hardware technician for a renowned IT company.

His passion and dream of founding his own business led to the opening of the first Apple Premium Reseller store in Bolzano in 2006. Igor expanded his business with three more stores in the Trentino-South Tyrol region. As a business owner, he dedicated himself to comprehensive tasks such as strategy planning, marketing, and staff management. A concurrent Master's degree in Management strengthened his expertise and leadership skills.

2013 marked a turning point in his career: Igor decided to use his passion and extensive knowledge as a business brokerage agent. With the founding of IGOR DAPUNT BROKERAGE SAS, he realized this dream. Since 2014, he has been offering his diverse portfolio online, serving both owners and aspiring owners nationwide. In 2019, he also passed the examination to become a condominium administrator.

Igor is distinguished by his flexibility, punctuality, and ability to find creative solutions to challenges. His logical and abstract thinking is a key element of his success in the brokerage industry. His expertise is not limited to his clients: since March 1, 2023, he has been listed as an official expert at the Bolzano Regional Court and has been in the directory of assessors and experts of the Province of Bolzano since April 26, 2017.

In April 2024, Igor reached another significant milestone in his career by successfully passing the examination for brokering corporate shares. This qualification now enables him to broker corporate shares, thereby enhancing his already extensive range of services in the real estate and business sectors with corporate shares brokerage.

After graduating from an agricultural high school in 1993, Alexander gained several years of practical experience working in the family business. During this period, he developed a down-to-earth, responsible work ethic and a strong understanding of economic and operational processes. He subsequently worked for several years as an insurance agent, acquiring in-depth experience in consulting, contract management, and personalized client support.

From 2002 onward, Alexander was active in the construction sector, specializing in the sales of building materials. This long-standing experience strengthened his technical understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structures, while further enhancing his skills in field sales and negotiation. This combination of technical and commercial expertise forms a solid foundation for his work in the real estate sector today.

After successfully establishing and running her own hairdressing salon, Sara took the opportunity during her maternity leave to reorient her career. During this period, she discovered her passion for interior design. Her interest in design and space layout, combined with a keen eye for detail, led her to her new vocation. Now, Sara dedicates herself with enthusiasm to creating floor plans, area calculations, and high-quality renderings. She transfers the precision and aesthetic understanding that she developed in her salon to the world of interior design, providing potential buyers with an authentic and appealing vision of their future home.

In her free time, she finds balance and inspiration through sports, culinary creations in the kitchen, and designing her own living space, which allows Sara's creativity to run free. Perhaps her greatest strength — and simultaneously her charming weakness — is her impatience, which drives her to not only start projects but also to complete them quickly and successfully. Her goal is to help clients quickly and efficiently find their dream property.
