Buying and selling real estate, by each of the parties: 3 - 4 % + VAT
Annual rentals, by each of the parties: 10 % + VAT

Multi-yearly rentals:

By each of the parties on the 1st year fee:

Non-commercial rentals:

- seasonal rentals of accommodation and villas furnished for a period of up to one month, solidly around:

20% + VAT of the rent, with a minimum amount of € 100,00 + VAT

- for higher period see multi-year rents

 
Loans and financing from the applicant, as well as reimbursement of expenses: 0,6 % + VAT
Sale or takeover, including by means of partial or total shares in companies or capital contribution, the transfer of shares in the company on the price contracted, by each of the parties: 3 - 4 % + VAT

Real estate swaps, by each of the parties on the lot of greatest value: 3 - 4 % + VAT
Corporate swaps, by each of the parties on the lot of greatest value: 3 - 4 % + VAT

Administrations, from the principal on the total amount of the collection:

Contracts, works and supplies in general, from the company:

5 % + VAT
